We do accept returns based on the following conditions if you are not satisfied with the order.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags certificates, warranties, care instruction, product labeling, authenticity cards, extra buttons, hangers, dust bags are attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag may not qualify for a refund.
- Footwear must be returned with the dust bag and original shoes box as these are considered part of the product.
- Sales and promotional merchandise are not eligible for return, exchanges or price adjustments.
Please note that if you refund or return your order, your import duties, customs duties and courier handing charges will not be refunded as those charges incurred during the customs clearance process and paid through courier company.
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. Your return shipping charges must be prepaid, as we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommended that you ship the package using a trackable, insured shipping method.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. Please return the original items for a refund and place a new order for the appropriate items.
